Run Time Error

Every time I load up FTL I get a runtime error. I have played on this pc previously but now its just not working. can someone please explain what is happening

Did you update to Windows 10?
Are you running Windows 10 or are you using a Mac or Linux?
Did any new updates occur to your computer since the last time you played?
