Humble asm.js version keeps losing my save.

Hello,

I'm playing FTL on the humble bundle site.
Whatever progress i make at home, it saves.
I will start FTL at work, and i see the progress i made at home.

But for some reason, it doesn't work the other way around.
I can save the game at work, exit the website, and start it up later, no problem.
The moment i return home, everything i did at work is gone.

It has been 3 days now. I tried different browsers to no avail.
Is this a known bug? Will it be fixed? Is there a way to manually take the save file with me?
Put the save file on usb and take it with me? I'm asuming the online version saves the file in the cloud, so this wouldn,t work.

What are my options?

Enough RNG ingame, getting some RNG with my savegames is just anoying.
