Lost all my ships achievement etc.

After a pathetic attempt at streaming ftl from my main pc to my laptop (through steam) i lost everything. In the save folder i just have ae_prof.sav which seems to be empty. Cant restore from a previous version. Is there any way to restore my game? I had kestrel and red tail; torus and vortex; adjudicator. Pretty please?

I'm sure someone's got the "magical instant ship restoring profile editor" somewhere but all I can suggest is that you grab a mod that disables the Rebel fleet, fly the Kestrel and do all those quests you did to unlock those ships, uninstall the mod and play normally.

It doesn't seem like you lost much if that's all you unlocked.
