Before last week, the tool was working and systems were uneditable. Systems are linked into whether you can arm/disarm/swap weapons and drones, and the rules governing those bars are complicated. So I started rearranging the design generally, to better accomodate my plans for systems; lots of subtle under-the-hood changes that didn't break anything.

Then I began tearing out parts of the system code and writing new stuff; all those parts have to be in place or bad things happen (gotta disarm weapons when the system loses power, zoltan moves, battery turns off, etc). Then the new FTL came out of beta, there was an urgency to get v24 ready. The new formats' differences were minor, but I spent an extra couple days thinking systems were neeeearly working...

But now for expediency, I'm just gonna put the old pre-AE system stuff back and leave the "Systems" button disabled.
I aim to release v24 today or tomorrow.

Awesome. Thanks a lot. Accessing the systems aren't that big a deal for me, I can do that with CheatEditor, but the main thing is that I want to be able to add weapons into the inventory slots so I can change them out in game. I want to see how awesome a ship would be that has four Vulcan guns and a weapons pre-igniter in it (I'm using Star Trek universe and the Defiant comes with it).

It's my understanding that it'll be appearing on SourceForge when you have completed it. If this is the case, no need to reply (and I want you to save your time for more important things) but if you are hosting the newer version somewhere else I'm not familiar with, I'd greatly like to know where that is.

Here's an idea for the next version:

Make a button to clear your stats. I'd like an easy way to clear the top 5 scores in General Stats, which at the moment isn't really possible. Maybe add a button to clear a ship's best, too.
