I may also have been bored enough to scan the members list of the forum, and it's pretty clear that a whole bunch of them with no posts are spam bots.

By law the tyres on your car must be in good condition, inflated to the pressure that the car maker recommends in his handbook, and the treads must not be allowed to wear beyond a minimum depth.

Check the pressure on each tyre, including the spare, once a week. If it drops more than 3-4lbsq in. inaweek,thetyre or valve may be faulty. Have it checked by a tyre specialist.

Ideally the pressures should be checked and adjusted while the tyres are cold, If they are measured when the tyres are hot after a high-speed run, the air inside will have expanded, giving a false reading. If you do not have a tyre pump, keep the tyres as cool as possible by driving at no more than 30mph to the nearest garage with a tyre-inflation airline. Although all garage airlines have a pressure indicator, these are sometimes inaccurate. It is bet- ter to check the pressure with a hand-held gauge.

suggestion; enemy race "spammers" named after banned forum users, rare but can take down enemy's sensors by spamming them with incoming wasteful communication.......

Hey everyone, I just want to say thanks to Justin for making me a mod to help try and keep the spam down a bit. I think something needs to be done with the signup process though or it will get a bit crazy trying to keep it all clean!

That's great, but what about implementing a report button to easily get rid of spam?

As one of the volunteer mods over on the Nekro forums, you have my deepest sympathies with the spam issue.

It's been bloody awful over there. For every wave of spam I and the other mods blow away, more crops up. It's at the point now where I have a horrible feeling that the forums are borked, I certainly can't log in and I've been unable to contact anyone else on the forums to verify if it's just me or not. O_o

For the record, bar one or two posts you guys seem to have it under control.

I understand the measures as I hate spam too, (used to be a forum Admin myself).

How many posts or whatever do I need on here until I can PM someone? Wanting to ask a question, but I can't.
