[MOD] Somewhat Faster Than Light

Includes: Burst Laser Mark IID, new Pegasus and Aristea missile sprites, Halberd-Pike beam, Beam Drone Mark II, improved drone speeds and fire rates, new nebula and background sprites, and new warnings.

1.1: Renamed Halberd-Pike beam to Voulge beam, added Elite Rigger, changed the playable Rockman ships somewhat, changed solar flare and ion storm sounds, had the Voulge beam use its own sprite, added Plasma Beam, fixed the new nebulae, re-colored the Red-Tail, and had the Beam Drone Mark II use its own sprite.

I suppose you wanted to put a [MOD] tag rather than a [NOD] tag? :)

I was stumped by that one too. I thought it was a Command and Conquer MOD. ;)

That, for once, was partly intentional, but mostly a mistake, which is why it is now a [MOD] tag!
