I am having the same problem as Mr. Goodkat. I used it, the ships disappeared, I closed it, and now the GUI will not open up.

So I got it working. But It won't let me add multiple ships. If I try to put a second continue file in the save folder, and hit refresh, it wont work.

Let me revise my statement again. It works, but it was a single one of my saves that was messed up and causing the problem. Just go through your saves one by one until you find the one with the problem.

My stuff's still broke. I went into the cfg file and changed the path to continue.sav to be correct, but it's still not working. Re-dumping:

I am having a similar issue unfortunately. Here is the command line readout if that could possibly help in patching this issue.

Re: [Save Manager] FTL Homeworld AE -v3.1

Postby Wolfe Bush » Sat Mar 07, 2015 7:00 am

I have a problem with the startup, It'll either take 20 minutes to load or just won't (tends to not) load at all. I didn't understand what you mean by "Try running it by double clicking the bat file it came with (v3.0 and up) and posting the contents of the command window that pops up when it runs". It worked before but now it'll make me find the FTL data.dat path, then the continue.sav, and then (depending if I ran the batch or just the Java file) it'll just sit there. Any help?

It is only available on nexus currently, and nexus is money i don't have, and the media fire file requires an opener that costs money...

Nexus is completely free, the paid premium account is an optional way to support the site. The file format on mediafire is zip, there's literally an infinite number of free programs that unpack that... WinRAR, TUGZip, among others.
Anyhow, it doesn't look like the program is working right now, and its author hasn't been active for quite some time, so it might be best to give up on it.
